About Scott and Robin     We teamed up at the beginning of 2006, and were awarded The Platinum Team Club designation for the year by the Carroll County Association of Realtors. To achieve this award we totaled over $9 Million in sales production.  We would like to thank our customers for their loyalty and referrals, and look forward to continuing the relationships our work has provided us the opportunity to establish. A lifetime Carroll County resident Robin became a full time agent in 2006 after over a 20 year career in the car industry. She started part-time in 2004, and did well enough to leave the car industry in the beginning of 2006.  She brings a background of excellent customer service, and strong negotiation skills with her to her new chosen field. She is an Accredited Buyer's Representative, and additionally is licensed in Pennsylvania.   A Carroll County resident since the early 1980's, Scott became a Realtor in 2002, and was awarded The Rookie Of The Year for Coldwell Banker for that year. Scott brings over 20 years of experience in the construction and related sales industries as well as an appraisal background with him to this field. Scott is licensed in Pennsylvania as well.     In 2009 we ranked 37th in the state of Maryland for total volume produced for Coldwell Banker. In 2010 we welcomed Lauren Bumstead as the newest member of our team and were ranked 24th in the State of Maryland. Lauren brings a strong customer relations background with her to her new field. As a team we look forward to working together to provide the utmost in customer satisfaction.
