These are a few comments from some of our clients.

In a letter to our Branch Vice President John writes:

Dear Sharon,

My wife and I just completed the sale of our home and purchase of another home with Scott Maddrix as our agent. Scott and I met a year ago at a trade fair, at which time I mentioned that in another year or so I was going to move out of my townhouse and into a single family home. I've sold a condo in the past, and the reaction I've gotten from other realtors has been, in effect - if I'm not interested in selling right now, then I should call them when I'm ready. Scott took it upon himself to send me some listings from time to time in preparation for our move just to give me an idea of what was out there within certain price ranges. This was a pleasant surprise, and was helpful in that respect. It also convinced me that I wasn't going to call any other realtors when I was ready to sell. During the process of looking for homes Scott's advice was always balanced and sound, based on the analyses he performed. I appreciated his patience during the negotiations for one house in particular where in retrospect I wasn't as flexible as I should have been on the price. It has all worked out very well however. My wife and I settled on a home today that we really like, and intend to work with Scott on an investment property. Additionally, in a couple more years we still intend to buy a place with even more land for horses, and I won't be calling anyone other than Scott.

Just wanted you to know how satisfied I have been with the service I've received both from Scott and Coldwell as a whole. Thanks, John

In another letter M writes:

Dear Sharon,

Enclosed please find the survey in which I completed to the best of my ability. However, I feel that the survey will not do justice to the dedicated service I received during my long-awaited and difficult home purchase (not anything that they did) with Robin Nesbitt and Scott Maddrix.

I would highly recommend Robin and Scott to any family looking for a dedicated realtor who is strongly concerned for each families needs. Robin and Scott went well beyond their responsibility to help me in this home search and buying process. Robin has been working with me for well over a year and she never showed doubt, fear, concern, disgust in this process with me even though there were times when I was not positive and had my own concerns. She was extremely supportive, helpful, knowledgeable and above all caring, and friendly throughout this entire time. I really could not express my sincere thanks and gratitude to them but I hope you find this letter helpful with my dealings with Coldwell Banker's Hampstead office and two fantastic Realtors, Robin Nesbitt and Scott Maddrix.
